The Space
Please review the descriptions and photos carefully to ensure our home meets the needs of your group. The property accommodates a variety of configurations and is suitable for families, or groups seeking flexible sleeping arrangements.
Primary Suite (Bedrooms 1 & 2):
– Bedroom 1: Features a double bed (anticipated upgrade to a queen or king in 2025; inquire for updates based on your dates).
– Bedroom 2: Offers a split king bed, which defaults to a king bed but can be configured as two twin beds upon request.
Additional Bedrooms:
– Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, ideal for children or individuals.
– Bedroom 4: Two double beds (commonly referred to as full beds), providing comfortable sleeping for couples or individuals.
– Bedroom 5: Includes a split king bed (default setup as two twins, convertible to a king) and an additional double bed designed for children (ages 0–18).
Garden Suite (Bedroom 6):
– Two queen beds for adults or couples.
– A double sofa bed (full bed) designed for children (ages 0–18).

We welcome groups seeking to connect with friends/family/colleagues in a luxurious setting nestled in nature. We strive to maintain exceptional relations with our wonderful neighbors so please be aware the 10pm local noise ordinance is strictly enforced.No smoking indoors. Due to fire risk, smoking outdoors is permitted only on stone, concrete or gravel surfaces.Groups interested in cooking services and/or holistic services (massage, yoga classes, etc.) are invited to inquire about preferred vendors who know our property well.Children Policy

Disclosures & Policies
While we regularly host wedding guests of weddings hosted elsewhere on Bowen, we do not host weddings nor can Serenity be a venue for pre-wedding or post-wedding festivities. This policy is strictly enforced and can result in immediate eviction.
We consider stagette and bridal shower gatherings on a case-by-case basis subject to an additional damage deposit and a commitment to abide by a code of conduct available upon request. If our values and intentions are aligned, such a gathering may be possible.
